this winter/spring
michelle encourages me to make dioramas for ‘horror cookies’ (official title for the collection might be “Horror Business”. nyuk nyuk). this could be my downfall or my greatest triumph.

maybe i should start a misfits cover band. since a lot of them are either 15 year old kids just getting into music or weird dudes. god knows i cant listen to ‘horror business’ enough times.
winter photographer blues
spring semester picks up jan10. i got rejected from foodgawker just now.
only 6 days into winter and i’ve already sunk into a state of feeling incompetent about my work, presentation, styling, cropping, everything. i have a series to finish, a show to put up in march, and a series to start in late january and theres no way i have the confidence or self assurance right now to pull it off.
am i the only person
having really weird facebook issues in the past three days? right now when i try to go to fb i get myspace? and the other day i got a busted looking weird wikipedia. someone tell me this isnt just me.

as of last year, i officially hate my time off during the summer. the only satisfaction i get is wearing sleeveless shirts and shorts every day from may to september. it always seems like time moves so much faster when im living in manhattan but when i move back home for the summer its slow as fuck and i cant count the days till i go back fast enough. already not looking forward to summer 2011....
fall 2010 is dead
i survived finals. i pulled my first all nighter. i had figs for the first time ever. i got a 3 inch burn on my arm from a waffle iron that is still hanging in there. i built my website completely from scratch. i got my first internet hate mail regarding my photos. my hard drive crashed and all my work from freshman year to november 2010 is in limbo. i have an autographed coppy of bubba hotep by...
